This Thursday I’ll be sailing the final leg of my solo circumnavigation of Great Britain and Ireland, from Kilmore Quay in Ireland back to Neyland, West Wales – where it all began!
I’m aiming to arrive sometime between 6–8pm (weather & tide dependent – I’ll update on the day with more accurate timing).
The Neyland Yacht Club will be hosting a welcoming reception afterwards – everyone who’s been following my adventure is warmly invited to come down, watch me sail in, and join the celebrations.
🌊 This journey has been a dream that kept me going through some of my darkest times. When I set out, I didn’t know what I’d face or if I’d even be able to cope with it. Now, 460 days since leaving Neyland, I’ll be sailing home – having completed more than I set out to, and proving that Yes This Girl Can.
Over 3,000 nautical miles, countless challenges, and so many memories later, I can’t wait to cross that finish line.
It would mean the world to see as many of you there as possible. 💙
